From Nervous to Fearless: Jamie’s Story

Jamie’s story isn’t unlike many other’s we’ve encountered.

She was nervous at first, unsure about how comfortable she would feel in lingerie since she wasn’t used to it, but she said the moment she walked in, she felt a shift in her energy. By the time we started, the transformation was phenomenal- watching her laugh and enjoy herself and then walking out the door feeling like a Queen- it was an incredible feeling for all of us! You guys, I cannot shout this loud enough. You. Have. To. Do. This. I am probably one of the most awkward and frumpy people on the planet. I was practicing my “sultry” face for my session and all my husband could do was laugh at me bc of how ridiculous I was being Then I stepped into the studio and I was instantly put at ease. I was not self conscious for one second. This was ME, with the brilliant guidance of Celestina and the keen eye of Nina directing me along the way. You deserve to feel empowered, strong, beautiful and even sultry. And that’s how I have felt since walking out of that studio. Invest in your power! You will not regret it for second! So grateful for this experience and these two wonderful women who see the beauty through awkwardness and frumpiness and who know how to turn up the spice like nobody’s business!

“My mind did a full 180 on how I view myself. I felt amazing in my skin today and that is something I will take with me going forward. My body isn’t what makes me feel sexy, it’s my attitude and acceptance of my body that really sets the tone for where my beauty and sensuality starts.
In every phase of our lives, we meet resistance. Either related to stress or desired changes, we always strive for the next thing, pushing things off until “I lose the weight” or “when life slows down” or a million other little excuses to put off what we want. Life continues to move forward and time passes while we wait for things to happen. I would encourage anyone who keep saying “someday…” to grab onto this experience and just do it for yourself. Take advantage of who you are today, own it, and flaunt it. Tomorrow or next year could be totally different, so celebrate the person you are right now in the moment and freeze her in time.”
